  • Drive automation of routine tasks and adoption of digital solutions across teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and visualisation of data (dashboards, KPIs) to enable real‑time decision‑making at VP and leadership level.
  • Champion digital best‑practices and ensure training for internal stakeholders.
  • Sustainability & Responsible Procurement: Champion sustainable and ethical procurement practices.
  • Partner with suppliers to integrate sustainability and reduce environmental impact.
  • Benchmark and provide sustainability reporting and storytelling to strengthen company positioning with top‑management.
  • Embed responsible sourcing practices into procurement strategies and decision‑making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate cross‑functionally to align procurement strategies with business needs.
  • Build strong internal and external networks to influence, align, and secure stakeholder engagement.
  • Promote awareness of procurement policies and foster compliance across departments.
  • Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise processes and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
