We are currently seeking an experienced Indian farmer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a farmer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the farming operations on our agricultural land.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain crops according to seasonal cycles and weather conditions
• Operate and maintain farming equipment
• Monitor irrigation systems and ensure proper water distribution
• Identify and implement efficient farming techniques to improve crop yield
• Manage pest control measures to protect crops
• Harvest, package, and transport crops for distribution
• Maintain accurate records of farming activities, including crop rotation and yields
• Train and supervise farm workers as needed

Requirements:

• Must be an Indian national with a valid passport and own visa for UAE
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in farming or agriculture
