The ideal candidate should be skilled in authentic Indian cooking, cost control, and hygiene standards.

  • Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes (North Indian, South Indian, Tandoori, Curry-based items, rice & bread)
  • Maintain consistent taste, portion control, and presentation
  • Plan daily production and manage prep schedules
  • Ensure compliance with UAE food safety & hygiene standards
  • Monitor and control food costs and minimize wastage
  • Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate ingredient requirements
  • Supervise helpers/commis if assigned
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
  • Assist in menu planning and standard recipe development
