Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Baker, preferably with knowledge of Indian baking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Mix, shape, and bake breads and pastries according to traditional Indian recipes.
• Prepare doughs and batters for various baked goods.
• Decorate and garnish desserts using traditional techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.
• Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.
• Meet customer requests for special orders or custom items.
