Job summary

Teamware Solutions Inc. in Dubai seeks a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead and mature the incident response program.

You will design strategies, develop playbooks, and coordinate exercises to ensure readiness across the organization. You will oversee the full incident lifecycle from detection to recovery, collaborating with threat intelligence and red/blue teams while ensuring clear reporting and stakeholder escalation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the organization’s incident response strategy and roadmap.
• Align incident response capabilities with enterprise risk management and business continuity goals.
• Lead the development of threat scenarios, playbooks, and tabletop exercises to validate readiness.
• Oversee and manage the full incident response lifecycle, from initial detection through containment and recovery.
• Coordinate root cause analysis, lessons learned and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with threat intelligence, red team, and vulnerability management teams for proactive defence.
• Act as the primary point of contact and lead during active security incidents.
• Ensure timely and accurate incident documentation, reporting, and escalation to stakeholders.
• Maintain incident response tools, runbooks, forensics capabilities, and response metrics.
