Job description

Job Responsibilities

• In-house lawyer to assist in drafting and preparation of contracts, agreements, terms sheets, heads of agreements and memoranda and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on matters related to business requirements.
• Handle receipt of legal queries from internal customers and ensuring addresal within the given response time.
• Should have knowledge in corporate law, business contracts, M & A contracts, MoA, due diligence.
