A leading real estate development firm in the UAE is seeking an in-house lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support. The role includes drafting and negotiating agreements, advising on compliance issues, and collaborating with various teams. Ideal candidates will have 4–7 years of PQE and strong skills in contract negotiation, with bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English. Salary ranges from AED 30K to 35K per month.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong track record in contract drafting and negotiation in the UAE/GCC market.
• Ability to balance regulatory requirements with commercial needs.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Advise on compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide day-to-day corporate support including licensing and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve legal issues.
