Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import clearance, customs documentation, and UAE authority approvals.
• Prepare and verify all shipment documents to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams for smooth clearance and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and update shipment status, reports, and compliance logs.

Qualifications

• Open to Female Arabic speakers, 35 years old and below.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Public Relations, or related field; Diploma or Certification in Customs Clearance, Government Relations, or PRO services is an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ UAE experience in a similar role with valid UAE driving license.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online government portals.
