Job summary

Arada is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to lead individual and group fitness sessions, and to deliver high-quality inductions with a strong focus on member satisfaction. You will work within a supportive team, aligning with brand standards and safety protocols to drive client results.

You will maintain client records, achieve revenue targets, and contribute to a positive gym environment that welcomes current and prospective members alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of PT or GX experience
• REPS L3 certification
• First Aid certification
• Strong communication and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Completing PT induction as per set targets
• To comply with all Health and Safety responsibilities
• Regularly maintain personal business plan to be reviewed with Fitness Manager monthly.
• Achieving PT sessions revenue targets as per Fitness Manager instructions
• Deliver High quality personal training programs
• Deliver energetic and high-quality group fitness classes, personal training programs and inductions.
• Maintain relevant communication channels with members in order to accommodate feedback/criticism and ensure members feel welcome and valued.
• Track progress of clients and maintain client files on a daily basis.
