• Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., finance, economics, public health, statistics, data science, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in risk management, program evaluation, or monitoring and evaluation within non-profit, healthcare, or educational settings is beneficial.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with risk assessment frameworks or software is an advantage.
