Job description

* Provide functional and technical expertise in Veson IMOS software

* Work on implementation, configuration, customization, and support of IMOS modules (CP, Ops, Veslink, etc.)

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for IMOS and SAP integration

* Design and implement integration workflows between IMOS and SAP (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Chartering)

* Support data mapping, transformation, and synchronization between systems

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance and integration

* Provide end-user training and documentation as needed

* Ensure compliance with maritime, financial, and data governance standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 3–6 years of hands-on experience with IMOS (Veson Nautical)

* Strong understanding of shipping/maritime business operations

* Experience with SAP modules, particularly FI, MM, or SD

* Proven experience in system integration projects (IMOS–SAP or similar)

* Familiarity with APIs, EDI, or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment

Preferred:

* Experience with Veslink, VIP platform, or IMOS cloud-based version

* Knowledge of SQL, Excel Macros, or scripting languages
