Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic IELTS & English native level Teacher to join our team who is willing to work in a late shift 3PM-9PM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction with a strong focus on preparing students for the IELTS examination. The role involves creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and supporting learners to achieve their language proficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English language and IELTS preparation lessons (Academic & General Training).
• Teach core English skills: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and mock tests to evaluate student levels and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and strategies to help students improve their test performance.
• Develop customized teaching materials and resources aligned with IELTS requirements.
• Motivate and support students in achieving their academic and personal learning objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance and progress.
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats, trends and teaching methodologies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching standards and share best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English Education, Linguistics or a related field (Master's preferred).
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or equivalent teaching certification required.
• Proven experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and IELTS preparation (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
• Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken.
• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and proficiency levels.
• Passion for teaching, patience and strong interpersonal skills.
