Job summary

You will design structured lessons, administer mock exams, track progress, and communicate results to parents. A Master’s degree and proven tutoring experience are required, with familiarity in Cambridge/Edexcel specifications and AP coursework.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience teaching Physics and Math at international qualification levels (IB, Cambridge, Edexcel).
• Strong ability to design structured lessons, revision programmes and examination strategies.
• Experience delivering AP Physics 1/2 and AP Physics C preferred.
• Track record of improving student grades and confidence in STEM subjects.
• Previous tutoring or classroom teaching experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized one-on-one and small-group tutoring in Physics and Math.
• Teach students for IB Diploma, AS/A Levels, IGCSE, GCSE, AP Calculus and AP Physics.
• Provide expert support for Cambridge International and Pearson Edexcel specifications.
• Design lesson plans, revision programmes and exam strategies based on student needs.
• Explain complex concepts using clear, practical methods.
• Administer timed mock exams and past papers under exam conditions.
• Mark work and provide detailed feedback and targeted follow ups.
• Identify gaps and weaknesses and adjust teaching strategies.
• Track and report student progress to parents and stakeholders.
• Prepare worksheets, revision notes and board-specific question sets.
• Stay current with syllabus changes and examiner reports.
