Confidential Company is seeking a Compliance Specialist for identity and access management. The role oversees end-to-end technical leadership for IAM compliance, with emphasis on dashboards and UI customization.

Strong collaboration with IAM teams ensures successful campaigns and data integrity. Responsibilities include configuring SailPoint access reviews, preparing campaigns, and delivering user guides and training to stakeholders.

Competenze

Serves as Compliance Specialist for identity and access management systems across the organization. This role provides end-to-end technical leadership for Compliance framework of IAM. Experience in preparing Dashboards and UI Customizations.

Responsibilities

• IAM Access Review analyst will be managing the end-to-end cycle for Access reviews campaign with SailPoint

• Configure access reviews in SailPoint based on the requirement from compliance and application teams

• Prepare Sailpoint system for launching and manage campaigns

• Front end the Access reviews campaigns and communication with different managers and application owners etc.

• Follow-up with reviewers to complete access reviews

• Work closely with IAM SailPoint team and customer IAM team for successful campaign and provide solution to access reviews issues

• Conduct access review solution walkthroughs in SailPoint and capability demoes as and when required

• Provide support in configuration of the solution and functional testing in line with functional and technical requirements

• Prepare end user guides and provide training to end users and key stakeholders

• Gather requirements on access reviews for specific applications

• Define, document, and help implement a process of change management in respect to access reviews. It should detail in step document about access reviews process in the customer organization

• Gathering data requirements from stakeholders to ensure the dashboard meets their needs.

• Designing and developing interactive dashboards using business intelligence tools.

• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and maintaining the dashboard's performance.

• Collaborating with teams refine dashboard features and troubleshoot issues.

• Refining or updating dashboards in response to changing business needs or feedback from users/teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

• 5+ years of experience in IAM with variants of products.

• Strong knowledge of IAM tools and Compliance Frameworks. Reporting, preparation of dashboards and UI Customizations.

• Servers: Linux, Unix, Windows

• IAM Product certifications are a strong plus.

• Must have a good understanding of access reviews with IGA products (SailPoint, Saviynt etc.)

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
