Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or IT Security operations.
• Proven experience in Islamic banking or financial services within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts (e.g., least privilege, role-based access).
• Familiarity with core banking systems and IAM products.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage user identities, roles, and access rights.
• Process access provisioning and modification requests.
• Ensure access control compliance with internal security policies.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and user certification campaigns.
