Job summary

Progressive in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Lead for I&C commissioning on a major oil and gas project. The role requires steering technicians through pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities on site.

The assignment runs for 12 months with an 8 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, 10 hours per day. Remuneration ranges from AED 25,000 to 28,000 per month, plus client-provided accommodation, transport, meals, and laundry.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in I&C commissioning for major oil and gas projects.
• 5+ years in a site leadership role.
• Must be able to lead technicians to complete pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup work.

Duration of Project: 12 months (estimated)

Work Schedule/Rotation: Ruwais Site: 8 weeks ON/ 2 weeks OFF, 10 hours per day, R&R flight tickets are not included. Any overtime required per work schedule is already included in the package.

Remuneration: AED 25-28K per month total

Experience Profile:
