Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the UAE seeks a senior project leader to deliver hyperscale data centres, industrial facilities and large-scale developments. You will steer multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, procurement, construction and commissioning to meet safety, schedule and quality targets, while managing complex client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5–10 years of project management leadership experience.
Proven delivery of mega/giga projects in the UAE/GCC region.
Experience with data centre and mission-critical facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale industrial, logistics, manufacturing and data centre projects.
Manage multidisciplinary teams across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Maintain governance, schedules, budgets and safety/compliance targets.
Develop client relationships and drive repeat business opportunities.
Coordinate with stakeholders including developers, investors, contractors and authorities.
Oversee design management, procurement strategies and IST/commissioning activities.
Ensure operational readiness and smooth facility handover.
