Abu Dhabi Ports is seeking a Data Specialist to manage and maintain the Hydrographic Production Database (HPD) and Electronic Navigational Charts (ENCs). The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and validating hydrographic survey data, ensuring compliance with standards and quality assurance requirements.

This position demands a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Marine GIS and ENC production. Strong knowledge of relevant tools and standards is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marine GIS and hydrographic data processing.
• Strong knowledge of ENC production standards (IHO S-57/S-101).
• Proficiency in GIS analysis and spatial database management.

Responsibilities

• Process, validate, and deliver hydrographic survey data according to IHO standards.
• Update and maintain marine geospatial databases for data accuracy.
• Coordinate with hydrographic survey teams to incorporate results into datasets.
