Job summary

Jorefco Industries LLC in UAE seeks 3–5 Hydraulic Technicians to install, troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic systems for commercial vehicles and industrial equipment. Candidates should be proficient with hydraulic pumps, PTOs, valves and related components, and able to diagnose faults beyond mere part replacement.

Experience in trucks, mobile equipment or cranes is preferred. Strong safety awareness and English understanding are essential for daily operations in our production workshop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on hydraulic installation, maintenance or repair.
• Experience with trucks and heavy equipment is preferred.
• Ability to understand safety requirements and common technical terminology in English.

Responsibilities

• Install complete hydraulic systems on trucks, commercial vehicles and industrial equipment.
• Install and connect hydraulic pumps, PTOs, hydraulic tanks, cylinders, hoses, pipes, fittings and control valves.
• Read hydraulic diagrams / schematics where applicable.
• Carry out hydraulic pressure and flow testing and identify root causes before replacing components.
• Test completed systems and verify correct operation before releasing equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas and coordinate with supervisors, engineers, fabricators and electricians.

Job Title Hydraulic Technician – Truck & Mobile Hydraulic Systems

Jorefco Industries LLC is seeking 3–5 experienced Hydraulic Technicians for installation, assembly, troubleshooting, repair, testing and maintenance of hydraulic systems used in commercial vehicles, truck-mounted equipment and industrial applications. Candidates should have strong practical knowledge of hydraulic pumps, PTO systems, control valves, flow dividers, counterbalance valves, pressure regulation, hoses, cylinders, fittings and related hydraulic components. The role requires the ability to independently install hydraulic systems and systematically diagnose faults rather than relying only on component replacement.

Key Responsibilities

• Install complete hydraulic systems on trucks, commercial vehicles and industrial equipment.
• Install and connect hydraulic pumps, PTOs, hydraulic tanks, cylinders, hoses, pipes, fittings and control valves.
• Understand and correctly configure different types of hydraulic pumps.
• Install, inspect and troubleshoot PTO-to-pump drive systems, including PTO engagement/non-engagement problems.
• Install and troubleshoot different types of hydraulic control valves.
• Work with flow dividers, counterbalance valves and pressure regulators / relief valves.
• Diagnose low pressure, low flow, overheating, leakage, abnormal noise, slow operation and other hydraulic faults.
• Carry out hydraulic pressure and flow testing and identify root causes before replacing components.
• Repair or replace defective hydraulic components and ensure correct hose routing and safe clearances.
• Test completed systems and verify correct operation before releasing equipment.
• Read hydraulic diagrams / schematics where applicable.
• Follow workshop and pressurized-hydraulic-system safety procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas and coordinate with supervisors, engineers, fabricators and electricians.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred: 3+ years of hands‑on hydraulic installation, maintenance or repair experience.
• Practical experience with trucks, mobile equipment, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, cranes, recovery vehicles, tail lifts, aerial platforms, garbage compactors or similar equipment is preferred.
• Technical diploma, ITI, vocational qualification, mechanical/hydraulic certification or equivalent practical training is preferred; demonstrated hands‑on capability carries greater weight.
• Must be able to understand work instructions, safety requirements and common technical terminology in English.
• Must be inside the UAE.
