Job summary

PSYNOS™ Labs in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Social Media Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day social media activities. The role involves planning and publishing content, maintaining accounts, monitoring performance, coordinating digital assets, and supporting online engagement and visibility.

The candidate should have 3+ years in social media/digital marketing, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong writing and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media, digital content, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Practical experience managing or coordinating social media platforms.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and publishing tools.
• Good understanding of social media content, scheduling, engagement, and basic analytics.
• Strong written communication and content-editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities across relevant social media platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts according to content calendars.
• Create, organize, and coordinate social media content and digital assets.
• Maintain consistent brand presentation across social media channels.
• Prepare captions, post copy, visual materials, and supporting content.
• Coordinate content requirements with marketing, design, sales, and other internal teams.
• Monitor social media activity, engagement, reach, and basic metrics.
• Maintain calendars, publishing schedules, and trackers.
• Review content for accuracy, links, and brand consistency.
