• Strong understanding of process automation systems and DCS concepts.

• Experience with customers in Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Chemicals.
• Proactive mindset to identify PCS 7 upsell and upgrade opportunities.
• Strong collaboration skills with delivery and sales teams.
• Confidence in customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Act as PCS 7 portfolio expert for customers and internal teams.
• Support Account Managers by translating customer needs into solutions.
• Drive PCS 7 related opportunities and accelerate deal closures.
• Build customer confidence by explaining PCS 7 concepts simply.
• Identify new PCS 7 business opportunities in various projects.
• Work closely with engineering and delivery teams for execution.
