Job summary

Mace is seeking a risk professional to lead identification, analysis and reporting of project and programme risks in the UAE infrastructure sector. The role focuses on implementing risk frameworks, coordinating workshops and maintaining governance records to support informed decision-making.

You will collaborate with project controls, planning and PMO teams, contributing to proactive risk management and carbon reduction initiatives while supporting delivery across rail and transport programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying, analyzing, and reporting programme risks and opportunities.
• Ability to implement risk management frameworks, processes and controls across projects.
• Proven experience coordinating risk workshops with stakeholders and maintaining governance records.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and report risks and opportunities across programmes.
• Support risk framework implementation and governance across projects.
• Maintain risk registers, action plans and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Produce risk reports and insights for project teams and clients.
• Collaborate with PMO, planning and cost teams to embed risk management.
• Support net zero carbon transition efforts during delivery.
