Job summary

A global leading insurance broker in Dubai is seeking a Senior FINPRO Broker responsible for advising and placing client risks in the reinsurance market. This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, with an emphasis on developing sales opportunities across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in insurance/reinsurance broking and a good understanding of Financial and Professional Lines products. This position supports hybrid working, combining both on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in insurance/reinsurance preferably in broking.
• Good technical knowledge in reinsurance of Financial and Professional Lines products.
• Ability to read and analyse financial statements.

• Engage retail teams across MENA to grow the FINPRO portfolio.
• Identify and drive sales opportunities to completion.
