Job summary

Cognita Schools is seeking a Business Insight Analyst in Dubai to partner with the Commercial function, turning data into decisions. You will build Power BI dashboards, query Databricks with SQL, and present insights across admissions, funnel performance, retention and revenue.

Collaboration with stakeholders and the data team is essential. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement: four days in the Dubai office and one day from home, with a focus on delivering value and driving data literacy

Qualifications

• Experience in business performance and commercial analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and data visualization in Power BI.
• Degree in Data, Business, Statistics or Economics; Power BI certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data from Databricks using SQL.
• Provide actionable insights on admissions, pipeline, retention and revenue.
• Translate business questions into clear analytic requirements.
• Support data quality and enterprise reporting.
• Foster data literacy and pilot AI-powered tools.
