Job summary

Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our lively hotel team. You’ll install, maintain and repair HVAC systems, ensuring guest comfort and energy efficiency in a dynamic hospitality setting.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and respond to temperature control requests, troubleshooting issues and rolling out upgrades. If you thrive independently and in a team, we’d love to welcome you aboard.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar HVAC role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• HVAC service experience of at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems to keep them running smoothly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections for energy efficiency and safety.
• Respond to temperature control requests and troubleshoot HVAC hiccups for guest comfort.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to upgrade and enhance HVAC systems.

What we need from you

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be essential to our hotel’s success! We're looking for someone with a solid hotel background and a fun, energetic personality. You should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, a passion for hospitality, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. If you’re self-motivated, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks while staying calm, we want to meet you!

With at least three years of experience in HVAC service and relevant training in your toolkit, you’ll bring your expertise to the table while helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.
