Qualifications

• Solid understanding of mechanical systems: HVAC, chilled water, pumping, and ventilation.
• Ability to read control diagrams, wiring schematics, and P&ID drawings.
• Proficient with multimeter/loop testers and calibration tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspection and preventive maintenance of mechanical control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair control circuits for HVAC equipment.
• Maintain and calibrate field devices including temperature sensors and pressure transducers.
• Support BMS team with control point testing and verification.
• Install and configure motorized valves and control panels.

Skills

Solid understanding of mechanical systems

Ability to read control diagrams

Proficient with multimeter/loop testers

Experience with Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider BMS

Knowledge of low voltage control wiring
