Job description

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist with strong experience in the landscape and construction industry to manage recruitment, training, and workforce development, particularly for blue collar site labor and technical staff.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar workers, site staff, and office employees.
  • Develop and maintain a reliable manpower supply network to ensure timely hiring for multiple project sites.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee training programs focused on safety, productivity, and skill enhancement.
  • Support site management teams in handling employee relations, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, timesheets, payroll support, and personnel files.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in performance management processes and support HR initiatives for employee engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate with project managers and department heads to forecast manpower needs.
  • Contribute to improving HR systems, processes, and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the landscape, construction, or contracting industry.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and managing blue-collar labor and technical site staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in employee training and development programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
