Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Purpose:
To support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in various recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks. The intern will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordination, and compliance, while understanding the full recruitment lifecycle within a corporate environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals (LinkedIn, Bayt, etc.).
- Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and maintaining recruitment documentation.
- Support the onboarding process including document collection and preparation of joiner checklists.
- Coordinate with Admin and IT for new joiner logistics (desk setup, laptops, etc.).
- Support the TA Officer in maintaining recruitment trackers and preparing weekly reports.
- Participate in organizing career fairs, internship drives, and university outreach.
- Help maintain candidate and employee files in accordance with internal file structure and compliance policies.
- Assist with document preparation for visa and onboarding formalities in coordination with the HR operations team.
- Support HR orientation and induction programs for new joiners.

Qualification & Skills Required:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Interest in recruitment, HR operations, and employer branding.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Preferred:
- Exposure to SAP or other HRIS/ATS platforms.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR/recruitment is a plus.
