Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Sharjah for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, managing employee records, and handling daily HR tasks. The role includes conducting recruitment and onboarding processes, addressing employee queries, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
