B3 International is an established manufacturer and distributor of electrical cables, with production facilities in Italy and long-standing commercial operations across Europe. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our commercial and operational presence across the Middle East, supplying cables to major distributors, system integrators, and high-profile regional projects.

To support this expansion, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage and strengthen HR operations for our Middle East activities.

Role Overview

The HR Generalist will support HR operations for B3 International’s Middle East region, working closely with the Managing Director and regional department heads. The role focuses on recruitment, HR administration, compliance, performance processes, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with company standards and regional labor requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment cycle for Middle East operations, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and shortlisting candidates for final approval.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offers, and HR documentation in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and probation reviews for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR data through Odoo HR.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance and verify commission calculations prior to processing.
  • Support performance management and KPI review processes across regional teams.
  • Ensure HR compliance with UAE, KSA, and wider Middle East labor regulations.
  • Prepare HR letters, addendums, and policy updates as required.
  • Support employee engagement, internal communication, and team-building initiatives.
  • Coordinate training activities and development initiatives for regional teams.
Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of HR experience within the UAE or other Middle Eastern countries.
  • Strong experience in recruitment and HR administration.
  • Solid understanding of regional labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience working with HR systems; Odoo HR experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
