Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve employee queries effectively.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Handle compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to support management decision‑making.
Requirements
