Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring HR policies are up-to-date, and acting as the point of contact for employee grievances. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has 5-10 years of HR experience in the UAE, particularly within fit-out, interiors, or construction industries. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in fit-out, interiors, or construction industry.
  • Experience managing site labour and multi-national workforce.
  • Has a Driving License and own car or Willingness to Commute.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for office and site staff.
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR database.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and DM/DDA regulations.
  • Collect and process attendance and timesheets for salary preparation.

Job description
Recruitment & Staffing
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for office and site staff (engineers, foremen, technicians, labour, and admin).
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and probation reviews.
HR Administration & PRO Coordination
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR database.
  • Coordinate with the company PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID applications.
  • Handle medical insurance, leave records, and end-of-service settlements.
Employee Relations & Labour Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Ensure fair and transparent handling of disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment across office and site teams.
HR Policies & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and DM/DDA regulations where applicable.
  • Draft, implement, and update company HR policies.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and legal requirements.
Payroll & Compensation
  • Collect and process attendance and timesheets for salary preparation.
  • Coordinate with Finance for WPS salary transfer.
  • Manage overtime, leave encashment, and other allowances as per UAE law.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in fit-out, interiors, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
  • Experience managing site labour and multi-national workforce.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (ERP/HRMS preferred).
  • Has a Driving License and own car or Willingness to Commute
