A growing management consultancy in Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional to build the People & Culture function from the ground up. This role is focused on designing HR systems, defining company culture, and collaborating with leadership to shape business decisions. About the Role

We are not looking for a traditional HR professional.

This role is for someone who will build the People & Culture function from scratch—defining how people are hired, managed, developed, and held accountable. There is no existing HR structure. You will create it.

You will also play a key role in shaping and embedding company culture, values, and behavior standards. This is a builder role, not an administrative one.
