In this role you will join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Coordinator and empower the delivery of exceptional experiences across our award‑winning lifestyle destinations, boosting your career to new heights.

What We’re Looking For
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with and understanding of UAE labour law and human resources best practices.
  • Computer literacy, with mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, and exceptional knowledge of human resources information systems such as Oasys.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • A proactive nature, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection.
  • Mastery in handling confidential information with the utmost discretion, ensuring seamless adherence to privacy protocols and FIVE‑styled security standards.
  • Superior problem‑solving skills and the competence to exceed expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver bold and efficient administrative support across all functions of human resources, including onboarding, performance engagement, training coordination, and off‑boarding.
  • Accurately maintain and update FIVE Tribe member records within the human resources information system (HRIS).
  • Issue employment contracts and facilitate a professional onboarding experience for new members.
  • Assist in seamless coordination of human resources activations, including recognition events, training days, and FIVE‑styled employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, local labour laws, health and safety regulations, safeguarding both legal excellence and organisational integrity.
  • Support payroll processing through precise handling of attendance, leave balances, and other data inputs to guarantee timely and accurate compensation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member enquiries, providing clear guidance and accurate information on policies and procedures.
  • Protect the confidentiality of all human resources data, communications, and organisational matters with integrity and discretion.
  • Prepare top‑notch reports and documentation as requested by management, delivering accurate and insightful records that support decision‑making at the highest level.
