Job Purpose
The HR Business Partner is a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across one or more Lunate investment platforms (e.g., Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, Real Assets, Public Equities/Public Credit) and corporate functions. The HRBP drives people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture initiatives that enable high performance, scalability, and compliance in a fast‑growing, global alternatives firm.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Partnership & Workforce Planning
- Translate business goals into a practical people plan (capability, capacity, costs) for the assigned portfolio; shape org design and growth plans while maintaining lean, high‑performing teams.
- Partner with leadership on headcount planning, location strategy, succession and bench strength for investment and corporate roles.
Organization Effectiveness
- Lead change management for org restructures, integrations, and process improvements; build adoption plans that sustain behavior change and measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate org health diagnostics, engagement surveys, and action plans.
Employee Relations & Policy Compliance
- Serve as the point of contact for employee relations matters; conduct fair, thorough, and well‑documented case management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE employment laws and ADGM regulations (where applicable), internal policies, and regulatory standards; elevate risk proactively.
HR Analytics & Governance
- Use data to inform decisions (headcount, attrition, internal mobility, compensation, engagement, performance distributions); build simple dashboards and narratives that move leaders to action.
- Maintain strong governance: documentation, approvals, audit readiness, and confidentiality, consistent with Lunate Human Capital policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field; CIPD/SHRM (or equivalent) preferred.
- 10+ years’ progressive HR experience with at least 4 years in an HRBP or client‑facing HR role; financial services/asset management/private markets exposure strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, performance management, compensation frameworks, employee relations, and org effectiveness.
- Comfort with data and analytics; proficiency in enterprise HRIS and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Power BI or similar).
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a high‑performance environment.
- Knowledge of UAE employment laws and ADGM Employment Regulations (as applicable) and global HR best practices.
