Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Dubai seeks an HSEW Manager to lead health, safety and environmental management for road and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with HSE policies, laws, and ISO 45001.

You will develop the project HSE Management System, lead safety teams, conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, and coordinate with authorities and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Sciences.
• 10–15 years HSE experience in infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years managerial.
• NEBOSH Diploma/IGC, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk-management skills.
• Experience with large-scale road and highway projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project HSE Management System.

• Conduct HSE audits, inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.

• Manage reporting of KPIs, safety statistics, and monthly HSE dashboards.
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for safety compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the entire workforce.
