Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) experience.
• Strong leadership experience in Corporate OH&S policies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate OH&S activities of sub‑contractors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OHSAS 18001 standard.

Responsibilities

• Manage health and safety program for the construction management team.
• Develop and implement a site‑specific health and safety manual.
• Provide safety training and investigate incidents.
• Oversee and direct HSSE Coordinators and Administrator.
• Responsible for security and oversight of third-party security services.
