Job description

Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements Lead and mentor a team of HSE professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability Oversee the establishment and maintenance of robust risk management frameworks including hazard identification risk assessment and control measures Drive the investigation of incidents and near misses ensuring root cause analysis and the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree in HSE management or a related discipline is highly preferred. Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent are essential. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
