Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, occupational health & safety or related field.
• NEBOSH Diploma or higher (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures across projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and client requirements.
• Lead safety inspections, audits and site monitoring.
• Investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions.
• Deliver HSE induction and safety training programs.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and compliance.
• Maintain HSE records, reports and statutory documentation.
