Job summary

Jotun U.A.E. Ltd. (LLC) is seeking an HSE Coordinator based in Dubai to drive Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) improvements. The role reports to the Manager HSE and supports branches in Kuwait and Bahrain, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, implementing HSEQ tasks, and managing risk in the site and branches. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in HSEQ with a Bachelor's degree and NEBOSH or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Required, Bachelor's degree in any field, along with NEBOSH or equivalent Certification.
• Required, 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in HSEQ.
• Preferred, applicant from Paint/Chemical/Manufacturing industry.
• Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high-quality results.
• Co-operates well with others; shares knowledge, experience and information; supports others in the pursuit of team goals.
• Uses a methodical and systematic approach; plans ahead, defines clear priorities and allocates resources effectively.
• Demonstrates specialist knowledge and expertise in own area; participates in continuous professional development.
• Communicates in a clear, precise and structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively.
• Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results.
