Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
  • 4–7 years of HR experience with payroll execution and HR systems.
  • Strong experience with HRIS platforms such as Pigment or BambooHR.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws.

  • Execute payroll processing in Microsoft Dynamics ensuring compliance with UAE laws.
  • Maintain HR systems like Pigment and BambooHR.
  • Develop HR dashboards for analytics and reporting.
