Our Commitments to Fresh Gradates:
- 12 Months of In-Depth Training: Engage in a well-rounded program that allows you to rotate through different roles within DP World’s UAE operations. This hands-on experience will help you develop a wide range of skills and a deep understanding of our business, all within a structured timeframe that adapts to our dynamic environment.
- Quarterly Presentations: Regular opportunities will be provided for you to present your learning progress, share insights, and contribute innovative ideas. These presentations will help hone your communication skills and solidify your knowledge.
- Mentorship: Each trainee in DP World is assigned to a mentor to guide and coach him/her. The trainee is expected to meet the mentor on a monthly basis for 1 hour. These sessions must be initiated by the trainee and must be confidential and only shared between Mentor-Mentee and Emiratisation Team.
