Job summary

A leading human resources firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least 3 years of HR experience, specifically in the UAE. Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
  • Issue offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions and ensure all new joiner documents are completed and filed properly.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues professionally.
  • Support performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain employee files, HR records, and ensure information accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and all MOHRE-related transactions.
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain HRMS data, and ensure timely updates of employee information.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing attendance, leaves, and other HR-related data.
  • Monitor annual leave, sick leave, and ensure proper documentation in line with company policy.
  • Ensure company policies adhere to UAE labor regulations.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and disciplinary procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE (Hotel and Restaurant Environment).
  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE, visa processing, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle and other HRMS tools.
  • Knowledgeable in Emiratisation, Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
  • Willing to work in Abu dhabi, UAE.
