Job summary

A leading food enterprise based in Dubai is seeking a resilient HR Coordinator to manage final settlements, employee data, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities include processing settlements, entering HR data, and assisting with insurance and travel requirements. Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle coordination.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law related to offboarding.
  • Fast, accurate, and organized; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Process final settlements as per UAE Labor Law.
  • Coordinate clearance forms and exit formalities.
  • Enter and update employee data in the HR system.
  • Assist with insurance additions and travel bookings.
