A diversified group based in Dubai is seeking a motivated HR Officer to join their Human Capital Management team. The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Our client is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join their Human Capital Management team. This is a permanent full-time role based in Dubai United Arab Emirates.
The HR Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Human Capital Management department. This role involves a wide range of HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and administrative tasks, all in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Support the performance appraisal process, including scheduling reviews and maintaining performance records.
Coordinate the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit communications, final settlement calculations and handover procedures.
Undertake any other HR-related tasks as assigned by management.
A remuneration package shall be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
