Job Summary

The HR Manager holds all scope of HR processes for the MEA & T region.

Responsibilities
  • Recruiting, selection and on boarding processes
  • Data administration, visa, and C&B workflow realization
  • Payroll preparation and provider’s control
  • Training and development standards implementation
  • Engagement and retention actions roll out
  • Internal communication
  • Key metrics reporting, Workday soft management
  • Implement Corporate HR strategy across the region population
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR centers of expertise and Emerging Markets HR community
  • HR and multifunction projects participation: Global & Local
  • Compliance and employee’s relations control
  • Be a first point of contact to the MEA & T team regarding HR matters
Job Requirements
Educational Requirements and Language Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or Economics
  • Fluency in English . Arabic / Turkish / Russian is a plus
