The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in the oil & gas or engineering sector, and will possess excellent communication skills. This position supports project success through effective human capital management and requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of HR experience.
• 5 years in oil & gas or engineering sector.
• Experience in recruitment for engineering and project management roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations in compliance with UAE labor law.
• Manage recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical staff.
• Advise management on compensation and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and corporate governance policies.
