We at Aspire Middle East are hiring an HR Manager for a leading creative events agency based in Dubai.

This HR Manager role is ideal for someone with strong experience in recruitment, employee engagement, policy development, and a passion for building a positive and high-performing work culture.

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we hire top talent that aligns with our creative and business needs.

  • Employee Relations & Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture, managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues effectively.

  • Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems, setting clear KPIs and career development plans for employees.

  • HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies in line with UAE labor laws, ensuring compliance and best practices.

  • Training & Development: Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.

  • HR Strategy & Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and long-term growth plans.

  • Employee Engagement & Well-being: Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities to maintain a motivated workforce.

  • HR Administration & Systems: Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and oversee HR software systems for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within the events, creative, or experiential marketing industry.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and best HR practices.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Hands-on experience with HR software and digital HR tools.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
