Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions at our international school. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of HR leadership in the UAE with a strong understanding of local labor laws and a passion for supporting multicultural educational environments. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential to support our diverse school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the school s mission vision and values.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding performance management staff relations and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws school policies and relevant education authority regulations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to school leadership in workforce planning employee engagement and organizational development.
  • Design and support professional development and training programs to enhance staff performance and growth.
  • Lead HR projects such as employee satisfaction surveys policy updates salary reviews and retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records contracts and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate visa processing licensing and other governmentrelated procedures in line with school needs.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports wellbeing collaboration and innovation.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE preferably in the education sector.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Master s degree preferred).

Proven knowledge of UAE labor laws visa processes and employment regulations.

Fluent in Spanish and English both written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems (e.g. Zoho People SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM or similar).

Strong interpersonal leadership and problemsolving skills.

High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.

Experience managing HR systems and working with crossfunctional teams.
