The Role: HR Graduate Trainee

We are looking for Emirati fresh graduates in Human Resources or related fields who are eager to begin their careers in a structured, supportive, and growth-driven environment. This role offers hands‑on exposure to various HR functions and is designed to help you build a strong foundation for your professional journey.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
• Supporting HR administration, record‑keeping, and HR systems
• Assisting in training, development, and performance management initiatives
• Supporting payroll and benefits administration
• Participating in HR projects, policies, and process improvement activities
• Learning HR software tools and ERP systems
• Participating in training programs and departmental rotations

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduate (0–1 year of experience)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
